Warranty card information
Starting from 2024, we have changed the form of warranty card in Vietnam to meet the majority of customers’ requirements. Cards issued from January 1, 2024 will have the following form:
Warranty cards issued before December 31, 2023 will have the form and original value of the warranty and certificate of origin:Please enter the code shown in the image
– Au-dent restorations are manufactured using genuine materials imported by Codofa Dental.
– Customers use Au-dent restorations strictly according to the instructions of the treating doctor.
– The treating doctor and the dental laboratory are responsible for the implementation and warranty, ensuring the aesthetics and function of the restoration.
