1. Each Au-dent patient will be issued a separate warranty card.

2. Warranty card 10 years including logo Au-dent.

3. On the card is code for customer look up.

4. The QR code behind the tag must be scanned.

5. Card is provided by the unique unit in Vietnam is Codofa Dental.
